Returns and Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund, replacement or exchange if you change your mind however you can choose a refund if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
5 Year Spare Parts Warranty
For Vorn products we offer a manufacturer warranty on spare parts for 5 years from date of purchase. Spare parts covered under warranty will be shipped within 1 working day.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Shipping
A Flat Rate Charge for all orders will be added at checkout. This will be the Australia post domestic charge for goods under 5kg unless otherwise specified.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, any third party delivery services used and availability of the goods ordered, these will be in accordance with Australia Post delivery service Terms and Conditions.
Premium Hunting Products reserves the right to utilise any authorised postal service including but not limited to Australia Post and Star Track.
Return postal charges are at the purchasers cost unless otherwise agreed upon by Premium Hunting Products, noting:
- Split Orders incur the Flat Rate Charge for each separate parcel sent
- A tracking number may be provided by request if available
- The Flat Rate Charge refers to Australian destinations only
- International shipping quotes can be provided by request
- Returns, swaps or incorrect items must be received by “us” before a refund or replacement will be sent
- All purchases must be paid in full before any products are posted
